🌯 Homemade Doner Kebab (4 Servings)
If you love a proper chippy style kebab… this one is unreal. I make this all the time and it tastes bang on. ✅ Ingredients (4 servings) - 750–800g lean mince (lamb / beef / pork — or a mix)Personally I think lamb tastes most like chip shop doner - 1 onion (finely diced) - 3–4 cloves garlic (finely chopped) - 2 tsp cumin - 2 tsp ground coriander - 1 tsp oregano - ½ tsp smoked paprika 👨‍🍳 Method 1. Mix everything in a bowl until fully combined. 2. Now the key part… knead it like bread for a few minutes. 3. Then slam the mince mix onto the worktop/board around 12 times.This gets the air out and gives it that proper doner texture when you slice it. 4. Shape it into a tight loaf / log. 5. Oil a piece of foil, wrap the loaf up tightly and twist both ends like a Christmas cracker. 6. Cook using either option below: 🔥 Oven - 200°C for 60 minutes ⚡ Air Fryer - 40 minutes (depending on size, check it’s cooked through) 7. Let it rest for 5–10 mins, then slice it thin (even better if you crisp it up in a pan for 1–2 minutes after slicing). ✅ Serving idea Stick it in a wrap or pitta with salad + low cal garlic mayo (or yogurt + garlic) and it’s a game changer.

Day 1 PT session complete, didn’t hit all my steps and water, but I’m not worried, just do my best everyday. I’ve been out on it this morning 5k run complete, 10minute ab workout….which I was rubbish at 🤣. so if anyone wants to join me on a run or walk just drop me a message

@Simon Stubbs oh it was fresh and tight on the lungs but I pushed through it. I even cut 30secs of my 5k run….🏃‍♀️ I know now you’ll be thinking your going to put me through some pain Thurs 🙈🙈🙈 bring it on 💪
🍲 High-Protein Chicken & Veg Soup
Ingredients (1 large serving or 2 smaller) - 200g cooked chicken breast (or raw, diced) - 1 litre chicken stock (low-salt) - 1 small onion, finely chopped - 1 clove garlic (or 1 tsp garlic paste) - 1 carrot, diced - ½ courgette, diced - Handful spinach or kale - 1 tsp mixed herbs or Italian seasoning - Salt & pepper to taste - Optional: chilli flakes or paprika Method 1. Spray a pan with low-cal oil and gently fry onion & garlic for 2–3 mins. 2. Add carrot & courgette, cook another 2–3 mins. 3. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer. 4. Add chicken and herbs, cook for 15–20 mins. 5. Stir in spinach at the end until wilted. 6. Season to taste. 💪 Macros (approx per large bowl) - Calories: ~300–350 - Protein: ~45–50g - Carbs: ~15–20g - Fat: ~4–6g

Soups
I fancy making a soup in this weather. Any recommendations @Simon Stubbs that is good on plan. I do a great carrot & coriander, 1 veg oxo cube, 1 onion, black pepper that’s it. In my mind it’s healthy.
