I gotta say, Rose was one of the reasons I was inspired to join Bjorn…saw her in an early video on social media! And have known her for many years so I know how active and healthy she’s always been!! I, too, will control grow stronger so I may age strongly! Adding some cardio and flexibility training on my off days is also a goal. If I lose a little more weight I’d be ecstatic! 💪🏻 #BjornStrong
