Do you guys put a refund policy in your contract? If so, what is your refund policy? I don’t currently have one in my contract but I’d like to add one in case I ever run into a situation where I need it.

I’ve been thinking that I’d love to see some training videos made that are niche specific. For example, discussing things that are important to know about construction clients, real estate clients, cafes/restaurants, etc. and how to manage them effectively. This would be really helpful for me at least. Just wanted to throw the idea out there 😊

What do you all think of this business card? Should I change anything? I also plan to create a Facebook page soon and was thinking of using the icon to the left of “Shoemaker Way Bookkeeping LLC” as the profile picture and basically the back of the business card as the cover photo.
