1. Lifting 2-3x this week. I have been skipping this. 2. More protein and adding fruits and veggies to meals. I did decent last week but had an event I worked at church this weekend and didn’t fuel properly. 3. I have relay enjoyed a kickboxing class and have bruises to prove it but it’s different and hard and fun.
