So i'm not sure where to post this. I decided to start a database reactivation business working with HVAC contractors. I researched softwares to use and came across GHL. Found an extended trial and signed up. My main marketing channel is cold calling and I immediately started calling up businesses selling my service. Decided i wanted to move fast and built out my first reactivation workflow. It's just there's one problem. GHL has rejected my campaign 3 times now. I've spoke to four different GHL support staff and all four have no idea what database reactivation is, the first three told me to change this and that ..still denied. The fourth person told me this was something going on in the bNow i'm rethinking this whole thing and wondering if I made a mistake choosing this serivce to offer, choosing this software to invest in (still in free trial) what gives? my campaign A2P is still not accepted and now i'm wondering if i should just figure out another service to sell. I know that once I have my offer down i'll make money. I just don't trust GHL at this point anymore. What am i missing?
