Yes - especially watching to grow/expand on weaknesses. Makes it nice since there's no forced order and you can watch whichever best suits you 🔥
R & R's (Kaden's Version)
Have been radio silent here for a fat minute, and in that time had the opportunity of signing my first two clients while starting to gain more leads by the day. Wanted to share this quick daily habit in case it provides value to someone. I've never been huge on journaling, but had an idea based on the Hormozi quote "We need to be reminded more than we need to be taught" that's helped me a lot in the recent past. I did a challenge with a group of fellow entrepreneurs in similar niches to mine this past month where we listed our output for the day (outreach, content posted, calls booked, etc.) - while this was helpful from an accountability perspective, I noticed I started focusing too much on what I was doing compared to what I was learning from it. So I created this daily habit to get the best of both: I call it my daily R & R's (Reminders and Reflections): At the start of the day, I write one brief thing to remind myself of to work/focus on that day. Today's example: "If you failed to learn during your work, then you learned to fail" - to remind myself that it's not just about my output, but what I learn from it at the end of each day At the end of each day, I write one brief reflection (or multiple if there's a lot I want to remember when I wake up). Today's reflection: "Get out of your own way" - to remind myself to seek to understand before judging when learning new information. Now the first thing I see each day is a reminder, and the last thing I focus on each day gets better retained since sleep after learning something stores it in into the brain more efficiently. Hopefully that provides value to someone - hope you all have the best days of your entire life 🔥

Appreciate you boss - it's definitely helped since I had always heard the emphasis on volume but realized the point of volume is what you learn at a greater rate than with the lower amount of reps 🤙

Awareness has definitely been a big focus of mine. I had a different full circle moment somewhat recently where I remembered some words of a trainer I worked with like 2-3 years ago where he preached "not simply doing more but doing intentionally" and I had a big lightbulb moment. I had been pumping out 3x instagram reels a day with 50-100 outreach but realized I wasn't getting what I needed to out of it. This has definitely been helpful. Appreciate your comment brotha 🤙
💪 How do challenges inspire your actions?
Reflect on Alex Hormozi's perspective that expecting things to be hard is reasonable and share how challenges motivate you to act. I used to do football and this college coach told me about how they practice what's called win-stacking. No matter the difficulty, you track your wins. The harder the stack, the more worth it that it becomes to look back on. The important thing is to really hone in on what's going to move the needle right this second, but that doesn't make it any less hard. One of my favorite quotes of his is when he's talking about "this is what hard is SUPPOSED to feel like". It's an obstacle, and the obstacle then becomes the way.
Action
Why do I feel like I’m not taking enough action on my bussiness?

One of my favorite quotes of all time is one by a Georgia Tech football coach that goes "Lazy people do a little work & think they should be winning. WINNERS WORK as HARD as POSSIBLE and still worry if they're being lazy". It's a gift and a curse, at times, to feel like we should be doing more even if we're spending every waking moment or opportunity moving the needle. At the end of the day, only we know if we truly spent our time wisely and worked as hard as we feel we did -- which is where discipline and honesty kicks in. But sometimes that feeling/drive to do more is the sign we're on the right path and have the right mindset. Felt this was an important footnote to the comments above cause the feeling isn't always a true sign of us not doing enough. Hope this helps 🔥
Productivity
every time I try to do some work, wether it’s for school or something else, I always end up getting distracted and open up Instagram or YouTube. What can I do to stop this behaviour

One thing I've done that's helped is hiding my phone under a pillow or something. Just seeing it distracts me and will often lead to me grabbing it. I've done it so much that it's now borderline a bad habit and I'll do it even in non-productive moments, but it's helped me a lot with productivity 😂 Hope this helps 🔥
