every time I try to do some work, wether it’s for school or something else, I always end up getting distracted and open up Instagram or YouTube. What can I do to stop this behaviour

Hi Everyone! I wanted to create a post in the community where members can connect with each other but within some sort of structure and/or guidance. Since, Skool does not allow us to create group chats, I am creating this post to connect two or more members together with similar skills or interest.
