Hi everyone! We had a wonderful office hours tonight going over gut health in more detail. Fun fact: focusing on gut health isn't just for someone with "obvious" gut issues like bloating, bowel movement issues, stomach aches, etc. If you also experience the inability to lose weight, getting sick frequently/ always on antibiotics, anxiety, acne or eczema, hormonal issues, or even having low energy, gut health is something worth prioritizing!
