2/12 Thursday
Long day with practice. Definitely got my 10 minutes… more like 1.5 hours. :). Tryouts are done and we start practicing as a team next week. Good water but still not 64. Will try again tomorrow.
2/11 Wednesday
Full day of work, bball game and then volleyball tryouts. Hit everything but that dang water!!
2/10 Tuesday
Crazy work day. The sun came out and the kids lost their marbles! Non stop all day. Low carbs but just missed the protein goal. Was active and water increased 4oz today towards goal!! I’ll take it as a win :)
Tuesday 2/10
Today was harder for me. I had lots going on and I didn't plan accordingly. Did my daily 10 with stretching. Legs hurt from workout and walking the day before. Didn't do well with my water today because I had so much going on and didn't plan right.

I have a 35 minute drive to and from work each day. I decided to give myself a goal every so many miles - drink a certain amount. I’m still not quite getting the 64oz a day but I’m gaining! Trying to make it fun. Keep working. The line to success isn’t a straight ascent. There are valleys and mountains along the way as it rises. Some smart trainer taught me that. I nicknamed him Yoda 😀
2/9 Monday
Carbs are low. Protein is high. Water is still the same and I decided to take a short coaching job for boys middle school volleyball so I will be getting in my 10 minutes daily for a while until season is done :).
