Sorry everyone! This week has been “one of those”. Up at 5:30an, work all day, practice until 8pm and work events as well. Not getting home until 8:45-9:00pm each night and then time to unwind so I’ll sleep. Posting just wasn’t on my mind. I do want to say I stayed under my carb goal, was fair in protein and between 40-45oz of water. The one thing I can say I DID do right was NOT turning to sugar pop or fast food because my days were messed up and so long and it would be easy to do. I stuck with what was good for me and that (if you were to know my past) is the biggest win this week and I’m proud of it. Your posts also were very encouraging to me! Have a great weekend and I promise to do better next week :)
