JAPAN TALES
Hey Hubbers, forgive my absence. I am in Japan. We are in day 7 and so far it has been magic at the same time a test for my nervous system. I have never seen so many people in one place in some places Tokyo especially. Yesterday we had Disneyland visit and by then my poor body had enough. Luckily there weren't too many rides! I got back to the hotel and did a meditation and breath to give me a good night's rest. Which I had. It got me thinking, when I get back, I am going to create a meditation for travel. Feeling better today, and off to our last leg of the trip. When I land back in Australia I will let you know more about my travels! X

I spent most of the day finishing off the next Module about to drop into the Hub at the end of this month! It's all about listening to your Intuition and trusting it! Anxiety thru the roof?
Anyone else having bad anxiety in the middle of the night for no reason. Tons of my clients and I have been having really bad anxiety for past 2 weeks. All ages, seems to be hormonal. But could there be something happening on the planet, in our energies that woman are picking up on? How do we address this? I literally listened to all of Tracy’s meditations early this morning just to calm down. Would love to hear from others what could be causing this and how do we deal with it? Thanks, Amy Nistor

Yes! I’ve been waking up with quite severe anxiety in my body. As in I’ve been sleeping in very much a tense, guarded position, the “ T rex hands” my muscles in my legs are hard and don’t even talk to me about a stiff neck! 😬🙄 It’s like I’ve been involved in an RTC without actually being in one. Last weds night I literally didn’t get to sleep until 5.30am!! And I wasn’t at a party either 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I went to bed at 10.30. Did my usual routine and was wide awake all night! So frustrating! There’s definitely something going on out there. 🤯🙏✨

Preparing for Your Spinal Energetics Alignment on Zoom This is your time to soften, receive, and allow the energy to flow. Here are some ways to prepare so you feel safe, supported, and ready to open. 1. Create a Sacred Space - Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. - Dim the lights, light a candle, or bring in anything that feels calming (a blanket, crystals, incense, etc.) - Make sure your space feels grounded and supportive. 2. Set Up Your Tech - Position your device so I can clearly see your whole body (not just your face). Lying on a yoga mat, couch, or bed works beautifully. - Test your internet connection, sound, and camera before the call. - Have headphones nearby if you prefer a more immersive experience. 3. Prepare Your Body - Wear something loose and comfortable so you can fully relax. - Avoid heavy meals right before—light, nourishing food is best. - Bring water with you to stay hydrated. 4. Arrive with Intention - Take a few slow breaths before we begin. - Set an intention—what are you calling in or ready to release? - Arrive a few minutes early to settle into your body and the space. 5. During the Session - Allow whatever arises—movements, emotions, stillness—all is welcome. - There’s nothing you need to “do” or “get right.” Your system will respond in its own way. - Trust that the energy is reaching you exactly as it needs to, even through the screen. 6. Aftercare - Drink plenty of water. - Rest if you feel called to. - Journal or move gently to integrate what you’ve experienced. - Be tender with yourself—this work continues to ripple through your field long after the call.
