Content Strategy
Hi @Paul Murphy , you probably already covered this but just want to know before I start researching: If I were promoting a product like web hosting (just an example), would it be more effective to make videos directly about hosting, or should I create videos teaching a broader topic, like how to set up a website, where hosting is naturally part of the process? Which approach tends to perform better, or is a hybrid strategy best? Same for weight loss. If I was promoting a product that reduces belly fat, should I make content around belly fat reduction topics or should I take a different approach for example Detoxifying the body and the belly fat product is part of the process of doing that. In short, Iโ€™m trying to decide whether to lead with an approach that provides value; offering a course that educates prospects and naturally incorporates my offer as part of the solution or to go direct and focused, creating videos that highlight problems specifically tied to my offer. Thanks!

@Daleel Lilla Sorry just realized you were asking about affiliate programs not niches ๐Ÿ˜. But I guess it would be the same. The offers where you understand the pain best and it has a track record of converting.

@Daleel Lilla If you're into the digital marketing/online marketing niche, Paul's quantum program is really good. I think he pays 40 or 50 percent commissions. Another great one I'm thinking about doing is thehomebusinessacademy. Converts really well and pays out 80% comm. recurring. You can also check clickbank. But alot of the offers there are low quality so you would have to search to find a good quality one.

Questions for Paul
Hi @Paul Murphy Thinking about joining your Quantum program! I purchased your funnels awhile back, and have been following you for years! I love ranking videos and thinking of going all in! I had a couple of quick questions: 1- Can you do faceless channels with your method? (hate being on camera!) I'd like to do some affiliate marketing 2- Can you do it under a business name instead of your own name? (like you have Paul Murphy as the keyword) 3- Pertaining to your method: Do you go back in after just using one main keyword and add more content? (just wondering because I usually use several keywords and more content:) I guess that's all for now. I know you did faceless for some of the videos but thought I would ask anyway! Thanks!

I just went to purchase the QM and realized the price raised to $297. I missed the earlier price. Unfortunately although I'm sure it's worth it I'm not in a position to pay that amounh on a monthly basis

@Deborah J James I'm fine thanks
Free Groups vs Paid..
I'm learning a lot about Skool, and over the past two months since I joined, it seems free groups are great for lead generation, but not so great in achieving results due to lurkers and 'free group island hoppers'. Take this group, it started off on fire and I thought it was the best move i'd ever made in the first few weeks, but since then it's kinda died down, it seems that most people are coming in to lurk & many will leave in just a few days. Do people really not have anything better to do than hop around free Skool groups all day? ๐Ÿค” Apparently not it seems! ๐Ÿ˜ฉ On the other hand, my paid mastermind launched early September is on fire and has stayed that way & we are seeing only about 2% churn so far with members taking serious action to get results. I wonder if imposing a minor charge of around $9 per month for anyone who joins would push people to take action, as people who pay, tend to pay attention. Good idea or not? I tried gamifying it with prizes but this has not moved the needle like I hoped. I also thought about doing live calls a couple of time per month sharing my marketing strategies? What else do you think this group needs for you to want to stick around to achieve success in your marketing? Update: Due to some incredible feedback in here, I am no longer thinking of taking this group down and removed that from this post to avoid any confusion.
