I’ll be honest… I’ve been struggling with this lately. Part of me wants to give everything I have to building my business, because the goals matter so much. But at the same time, I keep reminding myself: without health, there will be no wealth. It’s hard to slow down when you feel like you’re already behind especially with the tight schedule. But I’m realizing that every time I take care of my health — resting, moving my body, eating well — I show up with more clarity, energy, and focus for my business. I’m still figuring it out. Some days I get it right, other days I don’t. Other people are good at showing how to you can make money online, but Paul is showing me all of the back end that no one else has shared, and now it makes sense!! I'm going through the Evergreen Traffic System for Coaches & Agencies right now and my mind is blown.
