Print File Bundles
I sold a 3 set last night and discovered the bundle option in print files (not sure how long it has been there). What a fab addition to the portal! Especially as now sets (bundles) should import successfully from Etsy 😊 Thanks @Max Murray @Tom Beeston for continuing to improve our PS experience 🙏

I sold another 3 set this afternoon and everything imported as I expected😊 I noticed that I couldn't edit the order, not sure if that is by design. I needed to edit it as the customer wanted a custom background colour. I ended up deleteing the order and manually create it again - Thinking about it maybe I could have added the new background colour bundle and deleted the original bundle 🤔 I will test it out when I get another bundle order.

@Mihai Volintiriu That's great, thanks ☺️
Digital Downloads
Hi all - getting more and more requests for digital downloads recently. How does everyone do this: do you offer an option of all prints for £x, selected prints for £x etc. Not sure the best way to structure this!

@Camilo Palacio Thank you, I've never noticed that before 😂
Would you sell a Printable Download version of a print?
I'm looking for some advice 🤔 I have recieved a message via Etsy asking if I would sell a printable download of one of my designs in 36in x 46in. What would you all do? What are the +/- of doing it? How much would you charge? TIA

@Mihai Volintiriu Thanks😊 I think I'll need to check the quality of the file & upscale to meet that size if required.
How do you produce a set of 3 posters (trio)
I think I'm overthinking this one but how on earth do you produce a set of 3 posters to be sold together as a trio - how do the files get sent to Printshrimp when an order comes in. Is it simply a manual upload, pay for 3 printed together and despatched in the same tube)? Also would you give customers all the size options as usual or just choose an option you think it should be and just offer one size? Also what about mock ups (is there a trio option on the bulk listing tool). Sorry, a lot of questions here but trying to get my head around how it would work! Thanks in advance for any insights or if you do this option yourself and is it worth it?

@Jan Ibbott Sets are available in all sizes but all 3 prints in a set are the same size (all A3 or all 18x24 etc). For pricing I run a shop wide offer of 20% off 3 or more prints, so I price my set at 3x single size price minus 20% (for example if the size price is £10 each then it's 3 x £10 = £30, £30 - 20% = £24).

@Antony Jones I personally use a number of different Ai / non AI tools depending on the design and style but as @Mihai Volintiriu said, the best way to start is watch the PrintShrimp videos.
Print sets
Hey guys, new here & working my way through everything. Quick question. Can we only upload 1poster per listing? Reason i ask, what if my poster listing was 3 individual prints (A children’s nursery wall art set for e.g) how do I go about that. Or can we not & just create the one poster. Hope that made sense.

I have a number of listings that are actually 3 prints in one. I uploaded the 3 prints to PS using the same SKU as Etsy with a 1,2,3 on the end. When I import the order from Etsy, the SKU doesn't match & PS flags the problem. I then manually add the 3 corresponding prints to the imported order & checkout. Hope that makes sense 😊
