Started receiving my first few orders, a customer received her poster and had a bit of a query/complaint. She ordered an A3 size poster, when she received the poster it doesn't perfectly fit her frame as the print is 295mm and not 297mm. I assume this is the same for everyone, it's not as if it's only my poster which has been printed in a smaller size but does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks!

Switzerland order
Who should I put as the delivery company for a poster going to Switzerland? I also hadn’t anticipated the ROW shipping cost, so have made about 5p from this sale 😅

@Mihai Volintiriu I set up my delivery profiles, offered free delivery in the UK, US, Aus & EU and I set up Everywhere Else with a fixed delivery fee. Then I did variations in a product listing but you only get the option of setting prices in the UK, US & Everywhere Else - confused me a bit because I assume EU countries, Aus, Canada etc. would all get lumped into that 'Everywhere Else' category meaning EU countries for example would get charge my flat £ delivery fee?

Heading Listing
Hi all, happy Saturday and happy selling. Just posted my first ever listing and followed Tom's advice on bulking out the heading with keywords etc. but Etsy is prompting me to change it and streamline it a little more. Canva Upscaler App
Hi, can using the 'Image Upscaler' app through Canva produce the required results? I uploaded my image to canva and adjusted to be A3. I then used the app through Canva to upscale to 4x and download at max 3.125. Thanks :)

Etsy Mockup
Bit stuck on mockups... hoping someone has some advice. I have two mockup psd templates. I've downloaded my image and placed the image into both mockups > saved as smart object etc. One mockup is perfect and high quality, the other mockup (which I purchased from Etsy) is grainy/blurry. I hope I'm being stupid and missing something completely obvious?
