I just had an out of town homeowner call me back he lives in New York I’m calling about a house in ky. He told me he has an elderly guy there that lives with his 2 daughters he wants to sell but he wants to make sure the elderly guy has somewhere to go that won’t raise the rent on him . He asked how much was I thinking about buying it for ? I said it depends on the condition of the property when’s the last time you seen it ? He said he hasn’t seen it in about 4/5 years i said has there been any repairs he said they did a new roof and some work to the back . He said he just going to keep it and save my number for when he do wants to sell. Help with what questions I was supposed to ask please I now realized I should’ve asked him what was the man paying in rent to see if I could’ve found him somewhere to go what other questions was I supposed to ask ?

What’s the biggest challenge you have faced in getting an agreement signed, and what did you do to overcome that challenge?

What are you guys using to make cold calls and send texts? I currently use Google voice which is free and great for calls, but impossible to send messages on. I keep getting blocked even when I personalize the messages and space them out. Has anyone had any luck with a cheap/free platform to text on? Or is this going to be something I need to spend on?
