Finally, Finally closed the first deal! Took 5 months and about 30K calls but id do it all over again. Time to become more efficient and take what I learned to get more. Locked up at $120k, Assigned for $170k, JV'd it and made $30k.

You can't make this stuff up 😂 How do you guys deal with customers that are out of pocket have you ever went back and forth?
