Another assigned contact…nothing to crazy but 5k in the books! Best part is I did literally no work! Let me explain ..I got this deal through my property manager friend 🙃 she asked me if I’d be interested.. I looked over the numbers and they were solid so I made an offer it got accepted then I just passed it along to my buyer … he signed that night we plan to close next Friday Nov 14 2025 maybe sooner !… point is make friends with property managers they be clutch !!.

Is it just me or do you also recommend on having a solid buyer's list before making calls? I would hate to sign a contract with a promise to close in a week, with no buyers in sight. I'd prefer a solid buyer's list with buy boxes for some assurance.

I'm so proud of mysel! I was able to put my anxiety to the side & muster up the strength to start making calls today. I feel so brave! After the first few calls, I felt a rush come over me and the bubbles I once had in my stomach, disappeared. I kept thinking "The people I'm calling, needs this—more than I want this. I need to help them." Once I programmed that thought into my head, my whole attitude changed and I was no longer scared to make calls. I'm excited about tomorrow!! 🙌🏿
