SOTD: DUA Mythical Horse
Sorry for the late of day post. My hours are horrible at work as of late, which is also the reason I haven't posted much since I started these hours, 9:30am to 6:30pm. I usually arrive home around 7:15/7:20pm and I am exhausted. Anyways I wanted to post this SOTD because I have noticed that after I gave these DUA scents some time to macerate they have become way more gooder. (Yes, I said gooder its a word I like to use) I wore the Mythical Horse (inspired by PDM Pegasus) today and I still smell it on me, after I only sprayed it 4 times this morning at 7am exactly (its currently 9:17pm EST ). I first noticed it around 5pm that I could still smell it and it actually made my day. Loving it... This scent is somewhat sweet where I can still smell the jasmine, vanilla and lavender. I know for a fact that my other DUA, Dark Casino Nights (dupe of BR540) also lasts quite a bit. Mythical Horse is inspired by PDM Pegasus which I had a sampler of but ran out. Its almost identical to the PDM scent but PDM , to me comes off stronger at the beginning. The PDM doesn't last this long though. It was a good day today, have a great night brotherhood.

Meet the Malul’s !!!
Thanks to @Blake Merl and a few of you other brothers out here, I was able to secure some Niche cheapies, and I secured a great source! Cheaper than retail and most discounters, so I am excited!!! Michael Malul London is a good, reasonably priced, everyday American Fragrance House to get you by!!!

What I found interesting of the video is that Parfumo recommends(for me, that is) 3 of the 5 in the video and I already have Afnan 9pm. I also think I am going to check out the Encre Noire

Don't own it, but want to definitely try it out. I may have to break my leash from not buying anything for this month and get a sample at least.
the body wash talk!
as someone who’s been opening his eyes to collecting fragrances and starting to move in a direction to higher quality stuff, i’ve started to become a bit of a snob now when it comes to anything involving scents lol. scented candles, air fresheners, even lotion dude, but one that’s really caught my eye is body wash. i’ve started to expand my tastes and get some better, slightly higher end stuff. not by much, but just a smaller upgrade. so a question for you guys. as people who curate fragrances, do you do the same with other products like body wash and enjoy the higher quality stuff? i definitely do. i’ll share my personal favorites. my all time favorite brand for body wash is cremo, i love the profiles of their scents, and the cool combinations they put together, not to mention their bottle aesthetic is just cool af to me. the two i use depending on the day are bergamot black, which actually smells a bit like creed aventus absolu with some bergamot and patchouli and whiskey cherry, which is a boozy, woody, and rich scent with smoky cherry, whiskey, and oak. super unique but smells amazing. i like to coordinate my wash with my scent. for something bluer or fresher, i go with bergamot black, and something sweeter i go with whiskey cherry. i like to coordinate and match, so it makes me happy during my mornings lol.

I like the sound of the Bergamot and Black, thanks for the heads up. I knew that Cremo did body washes but I never saw those. I have one gifted to me by the wifey from Bath and Body works but I might have to find that Cremo one.
