After reading some posts about the D&G The One EDP and how nice it was, I had to acquire it. I first checked in the stores for the scent prior to pulling the trigger, so It wasn't a complete blind buy. I then found on Maxaroma.com a nice deal that I couldn't pass up. So I got me a 3.4oz/100ml for $59. It came in today and just one spray and I was loving it, especially when it dries down to a mellow scent of cedar and amber. Masculine and spicy at the beginning but sophisticated with a grapefruit opening. - Top notes: Grapefruit, basil, and coriander create a fresh, spicy opening. - Heart notes: A spicy and sweet blend of ginger, cardamom, and orange blossom. - Base notes: A warm and masculine finish of tobacco, amber, and cedarwood.  I can see this as one my usual scents to wear, have great day/night my peoples.

One man’s junk is this man’s treasure today. I’m wrapping up a job and as I’m leaving the superintendent’s office I see this cardboard box with frags in it collecting dust so I ask him about it. He told me one of the residents at the property sadly passed away then he ended up receiving these bottles. Lucky for me he’s a simple 2-3 bottle kind of guy as it is and after taking the two bottles he did like he gave these all to me 🤯. Granted these are all used some more substantially than others but hey, the Layton and double black was enough of a win for me alone. All the others are just a bonus. Og Nautica, tumi awaken, polo double black, Layton, JV XX artisan, BLV pour Homme, and Henry rose sheep’s clothing. At first sniff none of them seem to be spoiled either. It’s a good day to be a fraghead.

Second day of four for my Parfums de Marly deep dive and I’m going Haltane. Out th engage, I like it on the skin, let’s see about 6/10 hours later today. It is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for men. I was talking to my wife earlier today about the new BOS changes and was telling her that I had not received my coin for reaching Level 7. I thought that with the changes I would not receive my coin and then she went to the mailbox and BAMMM there it was. This is so cool, it made my day. It feels good to be able to hear, read and post about the new love I have with someone and I don't want to lose it. So later on I will be activating my membership, just not sure which one. I have too much to learn, to experience and to share to give up now. I still have to do a meet up, learn about what scent is what when I sniff it, what is my signature scent...just too much to do.
