Hey everyone 👋 Thank you for being here — seriously. I want to start with something honest: I’m not a fitness expert or a professional coach. I’m just a real person choosing to get healthier. I created this community because I got tired of starting over every Monday… and quitting by Wednesday. This time, I want to do it differently. Not alone. Not with pressure. Not with guilt. But together.
