I’m not a fitness expert or a professional coach.
I’m just a real person choosing to get healthier.
I created this community because I got tired of starting over every Monday…
and quitting by Wednesday.
This time, I want to do it differently.
Not alone.
Not with pressure.
Not with guilt.
But together.
Here’s what we’ll focus on in this community:
