This seems general but TBH there are too many things I should abstain from so I’m going to COMMIT to myself and this community that for the next 30days I WILL ABSTAIN FROM EXTERNAL DISTRACTIONS in my relationships with my family and friends. I find that having “external expectations “ meaning expecting of others instead of focusing on what I expect of myself , has been a huge distraction and something I will abstain from. This will allow myself to be personally accountable, by setting new standards and and not getting distracted by external situations, outcomes, results, and other distractions. This will allow me to become laser focused on chiseling my character and actions while living in the refiners 🔥 We got this gentlemen 👊

ROUTINES
Reps are the only way to grow😎 Every morning I’ve made it a habit to hydrate first thing, our body’s are somewhat dehydrated during the night so this is key in order to maximize the benefit from any nutrition first thing in the AM💪 I’ve found that prepping the night before ( I even set the same glass out) makes my routine automatic. Actions become habit, habits create change, change equal new results 👊💥 LFG

Few days late but I’ve recently had 2 big wins. Ive been working with my two kids ,Jules 24, and Jax 19 for the past few months on helping them start their own businesses. This week my daughter closed and started her first Real estate investment (flip) and my son just picked up his customized auto detailing van to scale his mobile detailing biz. These are huge wins I. The fact that they both took my guidance and took action to reach their goals on their own. This is what LEGACY looks like and I’m on top of the world proud . No bigger WIN for me💯

Right on👊 Accountability is PARAMOUNT for success in every aspect of our lives. This truth completely changed my life💯 I’m in RESET mode currently so I need to be held accountable to my newest goals so TIA to this group for holding me to a higher standard. 1. Rehab my back to gain my mobility and strength back so I can start training again. It’s been really tough mentally battling this injury. 2. Setting new boundaries with work/life to ensure my priorities are on point. Faith, family, finances ✅ 3. Daily posts. This pushes me to SHOW UP even when I don’t feel like it. 4. Do 1 HARD thing everyday. Challenging myself at least once a day helps me grow and the compound effect this has weekly, monthly and over long periods is legit. These are a few things I’m working on , if there’s anything I can do to help one of you please don’t hesitate to reach out 🙌
