First few D-Reps
Hi everyone, may I reintroduce myself my name is Jose I am Spanish and play foootball in the second division here in Spain as a DE. I wanted to share some clips of the first few reps we have gotten this week as the preseason is anout to end and we are putting pads on and practicing 100% starting next week. This is my Starting Point this season! I have worked all summer with @Nicholas Dheilly and @Jeremy Zver teachings to improve many aspects of my game but there is a lot to clean up! Please share with me how you see it and any correction is welcome. Self coach: Try to push the player back and not stop at the point of contact, maybe keep lower hips and also control de head all throughout the rep. Give me your thoughts.
First few D-Reps
Film forklift
When you use it is when the offensive lineman shoots like shoulder level to your pads how you do it is grab the offensive linemen’s wrist and lift him up in some cases drive but mostly lift up and run through why it works is it puts the olineman in a horrible position and he is pretty much useless at that point

Yes! And an underrated use of the forklift in my opinion is using it vs Run when you are squeezing the line and they are reach blocking you. Beat the hands and plug the gap with the OL
Speed To Power 👉 Will Anderson Jr
In this clip, we’re breaking down Will Anderson Jr from the Houston Texans going speed to power off the edge. He’s matched up against a passive offensive lineman… That’s your cue. Don’t hesitate. Convert speed into power and take control of the rep. 💡 Watch how Anderson keeps his pads low, drives through contact, and finishes. That’s how you punish a passive set. 👇 When you’re going against a passive offensive lineman, what’s your go-to move to make him pay? Unlock all my breakdowns for just 9 dollars a month. (CLICK HERE)

Wow, the StepThrough was such a nice detail to notice coach. Those are the things that separate mediocre from elite. Awesome! I have been working a lot on getting shoulders then hips then toes aligned and my movement feels smoother. Thanks coach!
Defensive Lineman Masterminds (2026) 🚨
This isn’t a camp. Not a clinic. It’s a 5-day deep dive — MAX 6 people. ✅ On-field + classroom work ✅ Mindset + recovery ✅ Custom development plan ✅ For HS, college, and pros chasing the next level The most personal training I’ve ever done. 🌍 And because you’re in the Paid Academy → you get first dibs. 🚨 If we can get a few of you in the same city, this group will lock priority access to the very first Mastermind. I know @Itsuki Mihara wants it in Japan 🇯🇵 … but I want to hear from you all!!! 👉 Drop the city/country you’d want this Mastermind in. Let’s see where the squad wants to build the first one. — Coach Dheilly

Collaborative Resource for Defensive Linemen
Good day to everyone! I am attaching a Google Doc that I would like some help in finishing up/finalizing. I saw a response that Coach Dheilly made that provided bulleted ideas on defensive linemen moves to pull from the toolbox. This got me to thinking about creating a "Go-To" document for players to reference with videos linked for visual reference. This document is accessible to everyone so feel free to help finish it up. Also, feel free to make a copy of the document and share it with your kids/players. Evans https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fCvD7LvjC60AIqxQg_KJIQg3tNQ_4kMLWr4LttFLxew/edit?usp=sharing
