How do you keep your production home lab safe when experimenting?
Check out my post here on the topic of things you can do to make sure the blast radius is as small as possible: https://www.virtualizationhowto.com/2025/10/how-i-keep-my-home-lab-safe-while-experimenting-with-new-tools/

@John Lohman Yes I do the same thing here, nothing goes into production without testing, and everything is backing up to cloud.
I finally took a look at Nginx Proxy Manager vs NPMplus
I have been wanting to compare these two for a while. If you haven't heard about NPMplus as of yet, it is a fork of the official Nginx Proxy Manager and has some very cool enhancements, especially for security purposes (Crowdsec integration!) pretty cool: https://www.virtualizationhowto.com/2025/09/nginx-proxy-manager-vs-npmplus-which-one-is-better-for-your-home-lab/

I have been using NPM plus for a while but after saw your video about Traefik, I was wondering if by any chance you have made a video about installation and administration. Unfortunately, my YouTube account has been closed for the third time, funny because I only express my political opinion in the channels where the electoral process is happening. Thanks!!!
What Is Your Primary OS Daily Driver
I have two desktops (Win10 Pro and Linux) with my primary daily driver being Linux KDE Neon 6.3.5. Both desktop are linked together using a program called Synergy 3 which allows me to use one set of keyboard and mouse. I can smoothly go between the desktops with the mouse and this also allow me to copy and paste files as well. I also have Bluetooth speakers which is linked to both desktop so I can listen on one and work on the other. I included some pictures.

My Dayli machine is based on Debian 12.5, I have stopped the use of Windows long time ago. I still have a Win 11 VM to use lifetime licenses purchased long time ago.
ZFS in Proxmox
Does anyone know how to configure ZFS in Proxmox running on Dell R420? Telling My Raid Card is Not Supported for TI Mode to SAS Passthrough

Maybe you can check this channel https://youtu.be/SOLhJsMZWK4?si=z9466bBDPPWRF6d1 cloud ninja it seems that your Power Edge has some limitations with the RAID software base moving to hardware RAID, now you need to put the controller on HBA mode enable VT, VT pass, install Proxmox and once enable iommu. I have a R530 and is using The Dell Perc 310 and I have been able to use LVM and ZFS right noe 10 TBs ZFS 4 TBs LVM an 1 TB with optane for swap and swappines. Update BIOS, firmware and drivers previous iommu.
Something for Proxmox Fans: ProxMenux
ProxMenux is a management tool for Proxmox VE that simplifies system administration through an interactive menu, allowing you to execute commands and scripts with ease. like proxmox helper scripts. but built-in to your console. super interesting! https://macrimi.github.io/ProxMenux/
