Hello to all. Hope this finds you all well. I work in the cannabis industry. At home I make my own infusions for gummies and edibles. I also use CBD to make salves along with adding ingredients to relieve pains topically. Always willing to help others make their own edibles or salves as well as networking to learn more myself.

@B Mccarthy I’m in PA as well both my wife and myself work in the cannabis industry. We make our own gummies and edibles. We also make salves. We are knowledgable with making infused oils or tinctures. Also very knowledgeable in regards to terpene profiles. Feel free to ask a questions if you like.
Chronic pain and health
Hello, I'm Gina and I have a complex medical history. At the age of 31, I survived a stroke, which resulted in post-stroke seizures, left side weakness, foot drop, nerve pain, anxiety, and cognitive impairment. I also have lupus. Currently, I am taking only two medications, a significant reduction from the eight medications I was taking three years ago. My goal is to minimize my reliance on pharmaceuticals and improve my quality of life and overall health. I am interested in learning more about the benefits of cannabis, as I have found it to be helpful in managing my symptoms and improving my daily functioning.

Research and asking questions are the best way to learn more. My experience with body pains and inflammation is to also incorporate CBD and I find edibles to be better for the body pains. That’s my experience and opinion others may vary but experiment with different forms of consumption to find different effects for your self, body and mind.
Reflection
What’s one thing cannabis has helped you understand about yourself?

That I am a good person. That I can slow down and take more time and care for myself even though it’s not in my nature to do so.

If you are ever interested in making your own gummies or salves I can certainly help you out with getting started on that if you like. I like incorporating CBD with THC I believe both can be very effective for pain relief
