90 Day dating challenge
Online dating isn’t working for most people because there’s no strategy they stick to. Here’s the formula: First, don’t swipe impulsively—only people you’d say yes to today. Keep 3–5 conversations max. Each message has a question; if they don’t respond, move on. Ask for a date quickly—no overthinking. Offer times, set the place, and meet. Stick with this for 90 days, and you’ll change the game. + You can check in with us weekly for live help.

Dating advice
One podcast I listen to regularly for dating advice is Love Strategies. They dig into the science of relationships and attraction. They created an online quiz you can take to determine your attraction archetype. Attractiontype.com Turns out I’m a romantic.

I took the test! Your Strengths as a Nurturer - You Love Deeply and Genuinely: Your care, devotion, and emotional generosity make people feel seen, supported, and safe. - You’re a Natural Empath: You just get people. Your ability to listen and emotionally attune makes men feel deeply understood. - You Give Without Expectation: You lead with heart. And when it’s with the right man, that giving nature becomes a beautiful strength—not a burden. Your Focus Areas for Building Emotional Attraction - Balance Giving With Receiving: Let him give to you. Emotional attraction builds when he feels needed, and you feel cherished—not depleted. - Use “No” to Build Respect: Boundaries aren’t rejection—they’re clarity. Saying no to the wrong energy invites the right man to step up. - Let Yourself Be Supported: You don’t have to do it all. Emotional intimacy grows when you allow space for his support, not just your strength.
are you lying to yourself?
You think people don’t like you for (insert your own personal reason). The truth is: you don’t like you, for that reason. You see, people value different things in different people, and YOU ARE THOSE values. And even though you think you’re doing your part in meeting people, you’re not doing the volume required to meet that person that does value those traits.

YES, I relate to what you’re saying. Early in dating, I thought people did not like me because I talked too much. And honestly, that was true. I was talking too much and I did not like this about ME. What I realized is that I was filling every pause and carrying the conversation because I was comfortable leading. The shift was not being less myself, but learning when to create space so the date felt shared instead of one sided. When I did that, men relaxed, conversation balanced out, and dates felt more like being together instead of performing.

@Kevin Garcia That is so true about dancing, my dance teacher and I spend a lot of time trying to stop out performing each other, we started only working on the move itself to perfect so when we danced in between "moves/turns" it was more free flowing and cooperative.

That creates a profile in our singles database but there is no one under the age of 25. And not many in the U.K. so don't worry about it for now.
