This pissed me off yesterday
Yesterday I was shooting some content to stress test some plumbing companies. I wanted to see a few simple things: 1. Could they deal with my emergency problem that day? 2. Would they give me price over the phone? 3. How friendly/professional were they? 4. Would they try their best to get me scheduled? I was pissed after calling 5 in a row and none of them could take care of me that day. Like guys what are we doing?! How are we not going to find a way to take care of our customers? If you're that busy, hire more people! The customer always comes first. There is absolutely no reason we shouldn't find a way to take care of them. Remember guys: Its easy to take care of customers when its convenient, but the people that will help when its inconvenient, the holidays, the birthdays, the late nights. Those are the companies that will create raving fans.

How does anyone really plan on taking care of their customer if they’re not making them a priority? I don’t know how many times I went to calls after 10 PM and the customer was so grateful ended up doing business with them for a long time.
Greatful to Ben. One Meeting he created me $10 million dollars in wealth 👇🏼
Most people talk about wealth. Very few understand the mechanics of actually building it. Five months ago, on a trip to Florida, Ben sat down with me and broke down a real estate strategy that almost nobody teaches, a strategy that requires virtually no capital, just intelligence, discipline, and the right sequence of moves. I applied it immediately. The result? In five months, I’ve created $1.5 million in net worth. By the end of this year, I’ll own five properties without using a dollar of my own cash. And by next December, this one strategy will add eight figures to my net worth. Listen carefully The rich don’t get rich by grinding harder. They get rich by knowing what to do. Wealth is a strategy game, not an effort game. And what Ben taught me in one meeting was pure generational wealth the kind of information most people never get access to, and the reason most people stay stuck financially their entire lives. I don’t care where you’re starting from — zero in the bank or already doing well — if you haven’t sat with Ben or tapped into what he actually knows, you’re leaving decades of wealth on the table. It’s that simple. I’ve worked with some of the best coaches and advisors in the world… But this conversation changed the trajectory of my financial future in a way that almost nothing else has. If you’re serious about building real wealth — not someday, but now — you need someone who has actually built it. Ben has built 9 figure net worth but also can break it down very simply to where you are at. I find most ppl can't do that and often just leave you more confused., when you align with the right person, wealth doesn’t take decades. It compounds fast. Ben is a great mentor well, business, sales, life, and I’m glad to call him a great friend and mentor! I have a YouTube video coming out on it a few weeks. I’ll drop it in the chat when it’s ready.

Beast mode!!! Ben is a GOD
Happy Friday!!
DO NOT SLOW DOWN 99% of Americans tend to get soft on a Friday, they want to clock out early they want to let their foot off the gas. GO HARDER be the 1%. Only 1% of people are out there really getting after it. What are you going to do to get after it today? I WANT SOME JUICY COMMENTS. SOME REAL ACTION ITEMS. None of that Bullshit like 'I'm going to push harder' NO I want to see things like 'I'm going to work 1 extra hour than I normally would another weekday'. Let me see those action items!

@Theron Leany I have makita everything!!
Something I've been thinking a lot about lately
People are afraid of the word 'salesman' they think it has negative meaning. It doesn't. To me, salesman means that I care. And being the best salesman means I care more than anyone else does. Don't be the guy that goes to a job, fixes only what you were sent there to fix, and walks away. DIAGNOSE EVERYTHING. You have no idea how many customers I've been able to help BIG TIME by just giving a fuck enough to look around and show them other things that need to be fixed. Start caring more than anyone else and I promise you will have more success, you will have more job satisfaction, and you will make way more money.
