This pissed me off yesterday
Yesterday I was shooting some content to stress test some plumbing companies. I wanted to see a few simple things:
  1. Could they deal with my emergency problem that day?
  2. Would they give me price over the phone?
  3. How friendly/professional were they?
  4. Would they try their best to get me scheduled?
I was pissed after calling 5 in a row and none of them could take care of me that day. Like guys what are we doing?!
How are we not going to find a way to take care of our customers?
If you're that busy, hire more people!
The customer always comes first. There is absolutely no reason we shouldn't find a way to take care of them.
Remember guys: Its easy to take care of customers when its convenient, but the people that will help when its inconvenient, the holidays, the birthdays, the late nights. Those are the companies that will create raving fans.
