🌀 Hypnotize Your Way to Better Sales? 🌀
I just watched a fascinating video where Russell Brunson dives into how hypnotic selling can transform your ability to connect with your audience and skyrocket your sales! And no, it’s not about waving a magic wand…it’s about understanding how to speak to the subconscious mind of your prospects. Let’s break it down and see how these principles can elevate your marketing game! What I Learned: Selling Is About Subconscious Influence! 🧠 Russell reveals that the best salespeople, negotiators, and speakers unknowingly use conversational hypnosis...language patterns that speak directly to the subconscious. The subconscious is where decisions are made, and mastering these skills can help you build deeper connections with your audience. Here are 3 powerful techniques Russell shared: 1️⃣ Suggestion Use positive language to create expectations. For example: "You’re going to LOVE this funnel." "This course will CHANGE everything for you." When people hear these suggestions, their subconscious starts to align with those positive expectations. It’s like setting the stage for their experience! 2️⃣ Truisms and Universals These are undeniable truths that build rapport instantly. Start presentations or emails with statements like: "Isn’t it great to be part of this amazing community?" "We all know how important it is to grow our businesses." These statements get your audience nodding in agreement, opening them up to your message. 3️⃣ Amnesia and Hypernesia Amnesia: Help your audience forget limiting beliefs that hold them back. For example: "Forget the times you tried and failed. THIS is a fresh start." Hypernesia: Paint a vivid picture of the future success they’ll achieve by taking action. Example: "Imagine six months from now...your business is thriving, and you’re living the life you dreamed of." How YOU Can Apply This: Turn Your Words into Action 1️⃣ Set Positive Expectations: Whether it’s a webinar, email, or ad, use suggestions to shape how your audience feels.

Yeah @Jon Pakula, this video was super eye opening. When he revealed future pacing as #7, I was like, MAN! I’ve only been scratching the surface of this stuff.
Do What Russell Says!
Did you all notice Russell doing THIS in his Selling online Event that allowed him to become one of the top ranked communities on the Skool platform ? It's getting everyone from Zoom to go participate in the community on the "Ah Ha" moments pinned post. I just wrapped up the pregame to our event starting tomorrow and after 1 hour of unlocking the comments on the post we have almost 700 comments already! So cool. Thank you Russell for everything, this is our first online event in over 9 months and it wouldn't have been possible if I hadn't gone through the Selling Online event with you two months in a row. Thank you for the inspiration, knowledge, accountability and all the support over the years 🙏

I mean, a man that has sold $1 Billion online (might) know something about selling 😂 Looking forward to tomorrow @Doug Boughton. I wanted to be on the call today, but church went long.

I had to include that for the doubters @Adrienne Potts
What Happens When Leaders Step Back?
Imagine a world where motivators, creators, and leaders simply… stopped. Not because they lost their ability but because they no longer saw the value in continuing. This is the premise of Atlas Shrugged. Talented individuals like inventors, entrepreneurs, and visionaries begin to “disappear” from society, retreating from systems that take their contributions for granted. In the book, these are the Prime Movers. The results? Industries crumble, progress halts, and the very fabric of society begins to unravel. It’s easy to think of those people as others—the giants of history or business. But what if those people are you? What if your absence could shift the trajectory of your community, workplace, or family? When the motivators and builders step back, it exposes just how much rests on their shoulders. Think about it: • Who steps up in your absence? • What dreams, plans, or collaborations fall by the wayside? • How does the energy and progress around you change? Leadership is often invisible until it’s gone. In Atlas Shrugged, it takes a mass disappearance to reveal how much society depends on a few key players. But you don’t need to disappear to see your own impact. Reflect on this: If I stopped showing up, how would things shift? Sometimes, we underestimate our own influence because we’re too busy doing the work. Leadership isn’t always about holding a title or making grand speeches. It’s in the small, consistent ways you show up: • The encouragement you offer when others doubt themselves. • The solutions you create when problems seem insurmountable. • The example you set when no one else knows what to do. When you embrace your role as a motivator or leader, you start to see how much your presence matters—not just to others but to the systems you’re part of. 1. What unique value do I bring to the table? 2. Who relies on me for guidance, encouragement, or inspiration? 3. If I stopped showing up tomorrow, what would be lost? Sometimes, you are the glue holding things together. Recognizing that doesn’t just help others; it strengthens your commitment to your purpose. You don’t need to disappear to make a statement—showing up consistently and intentionally is your greatest act of leadership.

The Library, part 13
The library, part 13: Check out these powerful books, actionable insights and quotable quotes “Winter, Autumn, Spring, Summer” by Gerda Muller 1. Celebrating the Seasons: Just like the seasons, business goes through cycles—growth, challenges, renewal, and rest. Understanding these natural cycles helps business leaders embrace change and adapt. For example, a business might go through a “winter” phase of slower sales or restructuring, but knowing that “spring” (a period of growth) is coming can keep teams motivated. Businesses can apply seasonal thinking to strategic planning, marketing campaigns, or even team development. 2. Observation and Exploration: In business, paying attention to the details is crucial. These books encourage observation, which is a key skill in spotting market trends, customer needs, and areas for innovation. Just like children observing the world around them, business leaders should stay curious, asking questions, exploring new markets, and innovating based on what they observe in their industry. 3. Interactive Learning: Businesses thrive when teams collaborate and engage in creative problem-solving. The wordless nature of Muller’s books encourages storytelling and interaction, which is relevant to team building and leadership. Encouraging employees to create their own stories or solutions can lead to more innovative thinking and collaborative projects. In business, fostering a culture of open communication, where ideas flow freely, can lead to growth and adaptability. How this could be applied: Businesses could apply these concepts by recognizing the cycles they go through and preparing for them proactively, much like nature prepares for each season. Additionally, companies can create an environment that values curiosity and observation—whether through regular brainstorming sessions, workshops, or opportunities to explore market trends. Finally, team engagement and creativity can be enhanced by embracing open-ended, collaborative projects where employees are encouraged to build their own narratives and solutions.

I’ll have to check out that 📕 list @Jonathan Shea. This post reminds me of Jim Rohan and his speech on seasons.

@Jonathan Shea youtu.be/xqXScoeL57Q?si=-mli9TICSQatvvxN He told many iterations of it, but it’s gold. Jim Rohn has always been one of my favorites for his simple ways of breaking things down.
