Understanding your diet and what’s good for you is a key part of body efficiency to ensure performance, recovery and overall health. Currently running a new diet plan which consists of 2 meals a day of whole foods including proteins, natural carbohydrates, plenty fruits and veg also healthy fats. Along with this diet I’ve been intermittent fasting for 16-18 hours which has benefits of burning body fat, helping with sleep & focus, reducing inflammation but mainly helps me stay on track with my diet and plan as I have a shorter time frame to fit in my meals and stops me snacking throughout the day. First meal of today includes: Sirloin steak, free range eggs - this is my protein source needed for building, maintaining and repairing muscle and tissue. Avocado, olives - all heathy fats full of vitamins and nutrients improving gut health and providing energy. Banana, red grapes, melon - natural carbohydrates also an energy source, all full of vitamins, nutrients and healthy sugars for immune support and overall health. Hydration is key - I aim for 3/4 litres a day What you put in your body affects the outcome, eat like shit feel like shit. Only realised this since eating clean.
