Complete one 60minute dopamine detox session
Rules of session:
  • Sit in quiet room
  • No phone
  • No tv
  • No laptop
  • Don’t complete any activities
  • Just sit there
  • You can close your eyes or keep them open
The whole point is to be VERY bored.
