No Time to Follow Up? Let's Fix That
You care deeply about your clients, but let’s be real… follow-up takes time. And when your calendar is full, it’s usually the first thing to fall off. Here are 4 simple follow-up systems to consider: 📬 Automated check-ins: Schedule weekly reminders or progress emails 📝 Client tracker sheet: Monitor goals, wins, and red flags in one place 📅 “Touchpoint Tuesdays”: Block 30 mins weekly to send personalized check-ins 🤖 Use AI or templates: Pre-write messages so following up takes 2 minutes, not 20 ➡️ What system (even a scrappy one) has worked for you? Drop it below—let’s swap ideas!

Great advice, Shauna. I use my Google calendar and block time to follow up with leads. I also track everyone on a spreadsheet:)
Marketing Monday: The 3-Part Offer Formula That Makes People Say “I Need This”
Let’s cut through the noise: Most of you are making offers that sound like homework. Not solutions. You're listing features...You're giving bonuses...You're stacking so much value it feels like a Costco receipt... But none of it matters if your offer doesn’t trigger desire. Here’s the formula I use with my private clients when we’re refining their offer positioning: 1. Dream Outcome 2. Fast Path 3. Risk Reversal Let me break it down: Dream Outcome What’s the result they actually want? Not “a 12-week program.”Not “8 coaching calls.” Not “a comprehensive funnel strategy.” I’m talking about the real-life transformation they’re chasing. → “Get 5 new clients in 30 days without sounding salesy.” → “Finally stop second-guessing yourself and lead your team with confidence.” → “Lose 10 pounds without counting a single calorie.” This is the “I NEED THIS” part. Fast Path How do you help them get there faster than they would on their own? What are you simplifying? What shortcuts are you giving them? What roadblocks are you removing? → “In 30 minutes a day” → “Without cold DMs or paid ads” → “Using our plug-and-play system” Speed and ease = perceived value. Every time. Risk Reversal Why should they feel safe saying yes? What fear are you neutralizing? This could be a guarantee...A refund policy...Or even just a clear plan that gives them confidence. → “We’ll work with you until you get your first client” → “Use it for 14 days risk-free” → “We handle the tech so you don’t have to” Trust is currency. The more you stack it, the easier it is to buy. Now here’s your action step: Drop your current offer in the comments using this 3-part structure. No fluff. No filler. Let’s workshop it and make it irresistible. – Galel

@Joe Marcoux , @Galel Fajardo I think I got this right with #1 and #2, but #3 needs work. 1. Dream Outcome: Write, publish, and market a professional book that attracts ideal clients, builds your credibility, and leaves a legacy—without staring at a blank page, procrastinating, or trying to figure it all out alone. 2. Fast Path: Celebrate 6-12 months from now with a finished book IN HAND and a launch strategy on the move, without confusion and stress, thanks to our proven process and expert team. 3 - Risk Reversal: We make you look good! We’ve helped hundreds of people just like you turn their stories into professional-quality books that get results. Get that book out of your head and into your ideal clients' hands in fewer than 12 months without stress, procrastination, or confusion. Lean on our expert team to make you look like a writing pro while you build your business. Work in progress....
Caffeine is For Closers...
"Put that coffee...down." "Coffee is for Closers." If you're not closing, you don't deserve coffee! If you believe what I'm writing, you may need to check the date. (April 1) 😉 All April Fools jokes aside... Caffeine is a choice. I enjoy coffee. The ritual, the flavour and the effect. I will also use caffeinated drinks in moderation. My energy and drive don't come from the cup of coffee I drink. The "Why" of legacy and making a difference is the driver. Do I like coffee (caffeine)? Yup. What about you?

I drink 16 oz of water, then reward myself with a coffee. I LOVE an afternoon cold brew but am trying to move it to right after lunch vs. 2-3 pm. My drive comes from helping people tell their stories, but caffeine and CREATINE help. Ha!
After the Honeymoon Phase - How to Keep Clients Engaged Long-Term
It’s easy to impress during onboarding—but what about after? Engagement tends to dip around weeks 3–6 of a program. This is where many clients fall off, even if they were excited at the start. Here are a few ways to reignite engagement: ✨ Introduce mid-program milestones or mini-challenges 🧠 Share unexpected wins or case studies to re-inspire action 📣 Offer a 15-min “pulse check” call to re-align on goals 👥 Spotlight clients in your community—people love recognition ➡️ Question for you: What’s one small touchpoint you can add this week to bring someone back into momentum? Let me know in the comments!
