If Southwest has more pilots who have the personality of the ones I’ve met who’ve flown for and currently fly for, Southwest is my peeps!

I have a specific question about references on this latest application process. I applied a couple years ago and there was a place to include references including current or past Southwest pilots. I didn’t see that on this application. My guess is they’re weeding out turbine times on first round.
