Morning mobility done God knows my hips and lower back have been screaming this week… glad I’ve done it …. Now for the rest of my day ☺️

Sorry I’ve been absent as I am now awaiting an urgent MRI appt, but will attempt the morning routine session. Wish me luck! When will it all end!! 😣
