Yesterday I asked what “optimized” would look like for you. Today, I want to flip the question: What’s the ONE thing in your life right now that would change instantly if your body and brain were firing at their best? Not five things. Not the whole list. Just the one thing that would make everything else easier. Think about it in real-life terms: - Would you finally wake up without that heavy fog? - Would you stop relying on caffeine to get through the morning? - Would that nagging ache or stiffness disappear? - Would you feel emotionally lighter and more patient? - Would you be able to focus without drifting? - Would your motivation actually come back? I want the real answer. The thing you don’t usually say out loud. Because here’s the truth: Optimization isn’t about being perfect. @Travis Dickey black mold and penicillium. On top of just mold issues, it caused some kidney issues. Nothing permanent, just makes it more difficult to filter out water

@Travis Dickey I hope! Ive been out of the house for 11 weeks now and recovery has been very slow. However my son and even my dog are seeing big changes.
