Why your content isn't turning into sales
Most people never grow on social media because they're trying to copy what worked for their competitors. That content already exists. Your customers have already watched it. No one needs another remake of the Spiderman movie. Find something that went viral in a DIFFERENT niche, and copy that. It's proven, but it's still new. It's been a minute since I've gone live here. So Wednesday at 12pm EST, I'll be live with ya'll, showing you the exact framework I use to guarantee I get sales every week, and hit $30k/mo without a big following. See ya'll there!!

@Patrice Moore Originality is overrated. Strategic borrowing is underrated. 💡 Wednesday. 12pm EST. Be there.
How we helped a new client make $30k in a week
Firstly I want to welcome all the new faces in this community! We've had some absolute legends join recently!! Next I've got something so DOPE I have to share it live. Next Wednesday at 12pm EST, I'll be live in this group. Because 1 of my clients just $30k in a week with a simple mechanism we helped him implement into his free group. (It's his biggest month let alone year) I'd been running the same system inside my business after discovering it late last year. It's made me $60k since launching mid November. But this client's niche is totally different from mine.... So this was proof it works for anyone. I'll share the full breakdown of how we built this funnel next Wednesday, so you can grab it for free. Because I want to see more people winning on Skool. And this is the fastest way to do it. So put it in your calendars, 12pm EST Wednesday, and I'll see you there 😎 Patrice P.S. This call will not be recorded as I'm giving an exclusive gift to the people live.

How the top 1% of online coaches build their funnels 👀
If you want to do $100k+/mo, read this: Things that won't generate you leads this week: - Creating tons of organic content. - Rebuilding a free skool group. - Livestreaming on tiktok. I've built over 150 funnels, and generated $4M for my skool clients. Don't get me wrong. Those things are GREAT. And you MUST create organic content if you plan on staying in the info game long term. But then reason you do that isn't to make sales this week... You do that to build long term goodwill. And make sales in a year or two. In 2026 there are millions of online courses, here's how you can set yourself apart: 1. Create a 5-10 page lead magnet that gets someone an immediate result 2. Run ads to it. 3. After people opt-on, put them through a quiz funnel (I use Perspective) 4. Pitch them a course or longer ebook, & make it cheap (your audience is cold) 5. Once they buy, invite them onto a live training and pitch an upsell This method generated me $55k last month. It's effectively just shortening the window of time over which leads make a purchasing decision. So you can upsell the highest quality leads. And because your ad spend determines your reach, you stay in 100% control of how many people see you content. Which never happens with organic. And the side effect? You can stop pitching in your organic and build real trust. Need ideas for your lead magnet? Comment your niche below 👇

This is such a clear breakdown @Patrice Moore thank you for sharing real, actionable insight. Love the focus on shortening the decision window while still nurturing long-term trust. The shift from pitching in organic to using it to build genuine connection is a game changer. Definitely taking notes on the quiz funnel and lead magnet strategy. Appreciate the transparency!
How to price your info product
Since joining skool, I think I've seen just about every money model at work. I've seen low ticket monthly communities, with upsells for courses. And high ticket masterminds with downsells for courses. I've seen $5k courses that promote in person event upsells. And every type of bonus, urgency, and scarcity. I've helped both low and high ticket communities win the skool games. In every niche you can imagine. And 1 of the most important things I've learned in the last 18 months is about pricing. So here are 6 simple rules I follow when pricing my products: 1. Information (books, videos, etc) should either be free or cheap 2. 1:1 should be $5k+ and very scarcely accessible as you grow 3. Never do monthly pricing unless you add new materials/calls/value every month 4. Super low ticket is the best was to filter leads for your high ticket 5. Cold leads won't pay $50+ without multiple warm up steps. Price around $9-$30 for entry offers. 6. The more you charge, the more people value your products. And a bonus tip, if you're giving calls away with you and you're charging less than $1k, you're devaluing your time. Hope this helps someone! Anyone launching a new product? Share it below!

This is gold! The clarity around pricing tiers and buyer psychology is spot on especially the part about cold leads and the 9–30 entry range. That shift alone can make a huge difference. Thanks for breaking it down so simply @Patrice Moore Super helpful as I refine my own offer stack! 👏🔥
Story for anyone who's addicted to the gym + business
You might have heard of the billion-dollar brand Gymshark... I decided to research them a bit recently after shopping for some new gym socks. Ben Francis was working for $5 an hour just six months before launching Gymshark. He's now become one of the youngest billionaires and he did it all leveraging one incredibly genius marketing strategy. In 2012, when Ben started sewing shirts from his parents garage, marketing was a bit different. You ran ads. You posted on billboards. And maybe if you were “ahead of your time,” you posted on YouTube. So maybe it was because Ben was only 19, or because he was launching from his parents' garage, or because he was just really passionate about what he was launching… That he thought of a new strategy. Ben’s strategy? Well it allowed him to completely avoid expensive advertising campaigns. Instead, Ben brought in the absolute best leads, while hardly showing his own face online, and blew up overnight. (Literally….his website crashed because so many people ordered a tracksuit) So what did Ben actually do? Just 3 things. He went to in person events. This is where hype within the fitness space was initially generated. People came to his table, got to test out the clothing, and other fitness enthusiasts got caught up in the hype. Imagine you bring your online business to an in person event.... And when the doors open, you get completely overrun?? By customers you didn't even know you had. At this point Ben outsourced manufacturing. They had to turn the "stock off.” Bonus nugget: Ben obsessed over quality. They launched the women's range which flopped at first, and now their leggings sell out in minutes Next Ben sent samples of his clothing to his favorite fitness youtubers… Sounds basic? Well it was revolutionary when Ben did it. No one was doing “influencer marketing.” Influencers were an entirely new concept. But Ben loved watching gym content, so it made sense to send them his new gymwear he’d just sewn together in his parents basement.
