How to make your 2026 goals actually happen
Some of you know my story but I wanted to share how I think you could copy me. So here’s the quick recap January 2024: I quit my job, planning to go all in on my SMMA February 2024: I find skool and invest my last couple thousand into a mentor to help me use it. March 2024: That same mentor hires me to write his copy (I had no clue what I was doing) April 2024: I decide to launch my own skool. Lose $1,400 on ads. May 2024: I go all in with copywriting and pay to join some business masterminds. June 2024: I email everyone I know about what I’m doing and make my first $10k August 2024: I win the Skool Games and hit my first $30k month. October 2024: I sign my first $10k+ client. January 2025: I hit my first $50k month. All I did? Well the truth isn’t pretty. I convinced myself that if I didn’t make 10k, I’d die. Chill Patrice! Dramatic much? Obviously I knew I wasn’t actually going to die. Even if I had to get another job I would have figured it out. I knew that in my subconscious. But consciously? No I literally believed it was succeed or die. And because of that, I reached out to people I never would have been brave enough to outreach to. I made Youtube content and got over my perfectionism. The self-imposed urgency is what unlocks both the amount and type of action required to build any business. The people I was terrified to reach out to because I knew they’d reject me?Those were the ones that bought. One of those initial messages went to someone who wound up paying me 15k down the road. And in the process, I documented the Skool strategies. I thought about turning it into a Playbook….and I might. “The Skool Playbook” But for now…..I’m going to share how I launched multiple 6-figure skool’s in a span of less than 6 months. Now we’re on the cusp of a new year. So what you do during the next 2 weeks will be far more important to the success of your 2026 than any resolution. This is where I like to say, “I’m setting the pace.” And inside Playbooks, we’re ramping up to help our members have the biggest year of growth.

How I gained 19 paid members…
While working 10 hours a day, 24 days in a row, living out of a hotel with sketchy wi-fi 😂☠️ Thank you @Patrice Moore!!
How I gained 19 paid members…
Going into 2026, ask yourself these 4 questions
I'm not a fan of resolutions. I'm a fan of habits that stick. So quick challenge for any of you guys setting resolutions: Start them today. Want to lose weight? Start the diet now. Want to grow your skool? Film a youtube and send some outreach today. Want to get in a relationship? Go sign up for some events surrounding your interests right now. But here are some questions to help you figure out what you need to focus on in the big picture. - What's something you do for fun/to relax that you have no positive memories of? Delete it. - What's one thing you didn't think was productive that led to a win? Do more of that. - If you removed 1 thing from the past year, to help you hit your goals, what would it be? Delete it. - What's the best week you had this last year? Engineer that to be your every week. Answering these questions made me realize that any time on social media was lost time. I had no positive memories from social media, and very few from any type of television. Boom there's 2 things to cut out. If I removed sugar from my diet, I'd have more energy to work late. I've already started eliminating processed foods to eliminate sugar completely. One thing that felt unproductive was writing and documenting my ideas. Turns out those became my best content and eventually a $40k launch. "Write more" is something I started last month. Finally, the best weeks I've had this year were filled with 14 hour work days, lots of writing and calls, evenings outside running, or walking with my Fiancé, and going to bed exhausted because I worked so hard. So more deep work sessions paired with outdoor adventures *for me* are the ingredients I'll be insuring are always in my schedule. And remember.... Your life is happening now. It doesn't start when you hit a goal. You're not preparing to live. You're living... The moments you spent reading this post, are gone. Go and live each future moment. So that when it's all said and done, you can look back with a smile, knowing you lived.
How I made my first $10k sale
I couldn’t even imagine making a $1k sale 2 years ago, let alone a $10k sale. It took me 3 months to make my first sale online: $13 And then 6 months later I sold an online business owner on a $10k copywriting/consulting offer from my laptop in Ireland. He paid me another $3k a few weeks later to help him with emails... Resulting in $13k total. Here’s how he found me. Everytime I learned something, I made a youtube video. When I’d get a good open rate on an email, I’d share the strategy I used. When I’d sign a client, I’d share how. When I helped said client make money, I’d make a video about it. After doing that for a few months, this guy, Michael, saw one of my videos about winning the Skool games (my biggest accomplishment in business at that point). Michael wanted to grow a Skool community, and win Hormozi’s Skool games by being one of the fastest growing communities in November. He watched my video, and booked a call. From there, we chatted about his goals, and I told him it’d be $3k-$5k for me to write him some marketing to help him win the Skool Games.. I told him on the call, that I’d: “Draft up a written proposal after doing some research so he could see exact pricing.” This was important. Because this is where I added a few “extra” optional items. I said *if he wanted* I could also design him some graphics to help his skool about page convert better. And help train his operations guy on the CRM automations he’d need for his emails. And a few other things, all priced at $1-2k each. He asked me a few questions about pricing. I offered to send him a cheaper copywriter if my proposal was out of budget. “No let’s go with all of it. $9,900.” I couldn’t believe it. I turned my phone off and laid on the bed. I remember thinking, “I can’t wait to tell my mom about this.” Now I had to help someone win the games. Michael made $50k the next month and won the skool games. I went on to sign 3 10k+ clients in the following weeks. Takeaways?
