I'm in. My goal is to finish the year strong. This is normally the time of the year where I slack off the most for working out.
Up and Running Finally
I got phase 1 of my “Black November” shipments unboxed, basically my staples. Adjustable bench, power bar, curl bar, dip bar attachment, landmine attachment, roller J cups. Still have some other items coming like adjustable dumbbells/kettlebell, t-bar row, band pegs, etc. But I’m excited to do my first workout from home tomorrow!

🏋️‍♂️ Mid-Week Win
Let’s take a minute to celebrate one of our members, @Jerome S. He’s been busy building out his garage gym, laying down new flooring, staying on top of work, and still managing to get his workouts in. 💪 He recently shared a solid session packed with supersets, and made a great point about sporadic training. 👉 Go check out his post under the Workouts & Programs tab. Curious to hear from you all: Do you prefer getting it all done in one block (an hour lift, morning cardio, etc.), or breaking it up throughout the day, pull-ups here, squats there, a quick pump sesh. We’ve got 24/7 access to our own gyms, so there’s no wrong answer. Just remember, movement adds up. Don’t crush an hour workout and then sit for the next 23. Play catch with your kids, walk to the park, take the stairs, park farther away, it all counts. 👊 Also, Jerome’s been using a suspension trainer (TRX) in his workouts, anybody else using one of those? Let’s hear your mid-week wins below! Keep working hard. Build the Gym. 💪
