He recently shared a solid session packed with supersets, and made a great point about sporadic training.

Do you prefer getting it all done in one block (an hour lift, morning cardio, etc.), or breaking it up throughout the day, pull-ups here, squats there, a quick pump sesh.
We’ve got 24/7 access to our own gyms, so there’s no wrong answer. Just remember, movement adds up. Don’t crush an hour workout and then sit for the next 23.
Play catch with your kids, walk to the park, take the stairs, park farther away, it all counts. 👊
Also, Jerome’s been using a suspension trainer (TRX) in his workouts, anybody else using one of those?
