How to price your community? - FREE Tool
A few days ago, our dear @Evelyn Weiss shared in her Digital Offer Builders community an interesting method to determine membership pricing. Here's the short she shared, but TLDR if ask your members what the price should be - they will most of the time give you a lowball price. But if you use Van Westendorp method asking these questions: - At what price would you consider the product or service a bargain (a good value for the money)? ("cheap") - At what price would you consider the product or service so cheap that you would doubt its quality? ("too cheap") - At what price would you consider the product or service a little bit more expensive but still consider its purchase? ("expensive") - At what price would you consider the product or service so expensive that you would not consider buying it? ("too expensive") you get a much better picture of the real price they're ready to pay. I couldn't find a plug and play online tool to do it so I created one myself. Feel free to use this tool for your community. I don't need it until I decide to launch my community, but I created it mainly for Evelyn because I learned so much from her and she's deciding on a new price for her community, so if this helps I'm happy 🤩 THE TOOL: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xd4AMvCh9pwk5WrjgTHTV-qMrxRV2PhRgC783JyJDy8/edit?usp=sharing PS If you need any help with it feel free to tag me.

The man who manifested $100,000/month | Max Perzon
@Max Perzon is a Swedish entrepreneur who has made over a million dollars teaching others how to make money online. He's also a winner of the first Skool Games. In this episode, we talk about: - Why he dropped out of "real school" - Getting punched in the face by his girlfriend's dad - (And how it was a huge wake-up moment in his life) - Paying $50 dollars to interview an important mentor - Losing it all and having to move back with his parents at 25 - Making $600k in his first year on Skool WITHOUT a paid community - Becoming an “egotistical utilitarian” - How he created his 7-hour masterclass over one weekend - What he would do differently if we was competing in The Games again - And how winning The Skool Games is just the beginning of his journey Check it out! Best time for live-calls
Hey Guys For those running communities with members worldwide… which time(s) do you prefer for your live-calls? I‘m unsure about this as i‘m going to run a worldwide (english speaking) community and want to do weekly live-calls for q&a sessions. How would you do that?

If You don’t like Selling but still want Sales then do Community Events?
Hey Skool team, I've got a client and friend @Corey Topp who has done over $95m in event ticket sales. He doesn't know I'm posting this, but the guy is a legend and a wealth of knowledge for selling out all kinds of events... from 50,000 ticket sales for art exhibitions, 10-20,000 person live music events, 400-500 in-person high ticket events for masterminds and education programs, small highly targeted invite only events.... to sold out sport specific fan events. He's just jumped into Skool and I've been meaning to interview him on how he sells out his own events and the events for his clients. If I were to interview him on Zoom for the Skool community, would that be of interest to you? Would you want to jump in for free to the zoom call? What questions would you ask him? Like... what are your most difficult challenges around selling out your programs, or selling your online or in person events? If I get a bunch of likes on this post I'll try my best to tee it up (though there will be a limit of 100 people to the call)... I think this would be super valuable for the Skool community and fun for me to do. Ps. Admins @Sam Ovens, @Andrew Kirby @Alex Hormozi if this is not cool please delete, or let me know where it would be more appropriate to post...
