Best all round formal shoe?
I got a mates wedding next year. I had a wedding recently for another mate and the shoe started falling apart and then completely disintegrated on the way home. Thankfully it held up until the end. I heard that rubber soled dress shoes need to be worn regularly. I guess that's what happens when there aren't enough weddings between the previous time I worn them and the recent wedding. I'm specifically looking for a shoe that would work in formal situations but one that I can use at less formal situations too so I can get more use out of it. I like the idea of RM Williams Chelsea boots but they are ridiculously expensive and quality has apparently dropped in recent years. But if they last 5 - 10 years of moderate wear, I could justify the purchase as I'd be saving in the long run of having to replace cheaper shoes. Any recommendations? I'm in Australia so Aussie recommendations preferred (shipping from USA is crazy). Many thanks

@Trevor Hudson Any brand recommendations?
How do you store first or second wear clothes in the weeks
My pants and sweaters currently just get piled up on top of the dresser with it sprawled out after the first time wearing it. It's definitely part of my inattentive ADHD but if there was a more desirable way to store them beyond a small, cramped closet, that is easy to quickly use, I'm sure I'd start doing that instead. I didn't have a lot of room to work with for closet space since it's already small and the wife's dresses take up 3/4 of it.

What about a portable clothing rack?

Having some fun outside, I mean with this Yiume Hawaiian Shirt reminding me of the Mambo Tee’s I used to wear in my much younger years I just felt like playing in the park 😂 Luckily all the local kinds are at school during the week, I did get some strange looks from people whilst I was doing all these photos. Anyway todays outfit consists of; Yiume Short Sleeve 100% Cotton Undersea Party Shirt Yiume 5 Pocket 35% Linen, 64% Cotton Blend White Shorts Hoka Clifton 10 in Raw Linen/Stone Stanton Collapsible Panama Style Hat in Neutral Oakley Gibston Sunglasses in Matte Black SOTD - Versace Eros Energy (its a hot day today) WOTD - Timex Q Chronograph Speedtimer (Snoopster)

Your watch reminds me of the Seiko "panda" dial. https://watchdirect.com.au/products/seiko-prospex-speedtimer-ssc813p The shirt is neat too. Great post Chad
Paying for this site
I guess I may be the only one on here who Is not going to pay to be in this group. So, if this is my last month on this site I would like to thank everyone for your support and friendships over the past few years. I have learned a lot and met a lot of great gentleman on here. Hope I can stay, but not worth paying monthly or yearly for in this economy. I have to use my extra cash to live nowadays so, again thank you for everything, and I’ll continue until they kick me off. I will Continue to use the style system and keep referring back to it when stumped. Keep it up gents it’s definitely been a pleasure.

@Trevor Hudson Yeah just watched the video and I think active members are grandfathered in, however I don't think that would include me as I don't have the fire emoji. I certainly agree, it sucks that the very people who built the community are now expected to pay for it.

I agree with you Richard. Any extra money I get these days goes straight to cost of living expenses. I'm a little bit miffed that all of the courses I unlocked have now been moved to a pay wall too. It was a pleasure to meet you Richard, I enjoyed seeing your OOTD posts.
