I’m 1kg down. Which I’m pretty pleased with. School holidays meant I didn’t manage to gym as often as I’d like and we had days out so was not fully sticking to the best nutritional choices. I feel now we’re back to normal routine I can dial it in

Today is really my day 1. I was disorganised and although I was more mindful I wasn’t being focussed. Today I have planned my meals and prepped. I also finally managed to stand myself on the scales after being to “scared”last week

Where can I find the planner? I’ve had a pretty diabolical start 😬. There is a pretty good reason for this but I won’t dwell, need to move forward

Hi 😊. I’m Jean, I am a nurse and single Mum to 2 young boys. I am wanting to improve my nutrition, exercise routine and drop a few kilos of body fat. I enjoy CrossFit but my schedule means at most, I can make it to 2 classes per week.
