Week 1 review
Hey all. Small update on week 1 of my Jan to jun challenge (starting Feb).
Im getting caught up on the most important terms like DSCR and CoC. And I did a single deal analysis. For week 2 I will be doing more deal analysis. Atleast 1 per day but ideally more. Ill keep yall posted.
