Guys any idea why it says inbound calls only, and is it just for me or everyone have same thing written. Outbound calls not going through but inbound working fine

Does anyone have a fully functioning appointment booking orb? (like on the Assistable site) These are the tools I have enabled for my agent (and also instructed in my prompt along with specific calendar ID) but after multiple tests when I try to book the appointment it says "it seems there was an issue with the contact details” Update User Details Get Availability Book Appointment Get User Calendar Events Update Appointment Details What specifically are you saying in your prompt for the appointments to successfully book?
