How I do anything is how I do EVERYTHING.
Anyone else feel like they have so many things they want to "fix" in their lives? I mean it is the time of year where I go deep in thinking/reflecting mode (you?) Like for me… - Fix my health... - Fix the relationship with my friends/family (it’s complicated). - Make tons of content (while fighting the shame of inconsistency). - Change my whole identity so the universe finally catches up and releases the money I know I’m meant to have. Sound familiar? Then it hit me: My “scattered” isn’t a personality trait. It’s a trauma response. My nervous system, trying to protect me from past hurt, keeps me safely busy everywhere so I never have to stand still, get clear, and risk the one big thing the thing that actually requires my whole heart. How I do anything is how I do everything. 🔥🔥🔥 If I approach my health with panic, I’ll approach my business with panic. If I avoid a hard conversation with a loved one, I’ll avoid the hard conversation in my sales copy. If I’m desperate for external validation, I’ll chase viral vanity metrics instead of serving one person deeply. 🆘 The pattern is the lesson. So I’m choosing a new medicine: FOCUS. Not as a punishment, but as a profound act of self-love. I’m picking one thing (well I must) the foundational thing (for me, it’s my health) and I will do that with consistency, grace, and presence. I will learn to do that one thing well, calmly, and on purpose. 🆘 The universe doesn’t respond to desperate, scattered energy. It mirrors back committed, focused vibration. Thank you for sharing this so honestly. I can’t name my “one thing” directly, but I’ve learned that what looks like a lack of presence or consistency isn’t a character flaw. It’s rooted in an experience from many years ago, and understanding that has changed how I approach growth and productivity. For me, the work now is practicing self-acceptance and patience, rather than self-pressure. That’s the foundation I’m choosing to build from.

Let's talk about this. “I’m blocked.” “I have money blocks.” “I just can’t seem to get past this thing…” But here’s a reminder: 👉 We don’t have blocks. We have old programming. Somebody else’s rules. Installed before you were 7 years old !!!!!!! 🆘 Still running your life. And that “I’m blocked” story? That’s literally an instruction you’re sending to God / Source / Universe: “I am blocked.” And what does the universe say? “Yes. You are. No ideas for you today.” 😅 Time to change the script. 1️⃣ Spot the Old Code (No More “Digging for Blocks”) You don’t have to go digging for every wound from childhood. Your misaligned beliefs show up automatically: - As thoughts that make you feel small, ashamed or stuck - As the voice that says: “Who are you to want that?” - As guilt for wanting more money, more freedom, more visibility 🔥 Rule of thumb: If a belief makes you feel bad → it’s a lie about who you really are. 📝 Action: Today - Notice 1 thought that feels heavy (about money, success, love, business). - Write it down. - Label it: “Old code – not mine anymore.” 2️⃣ Your Identity Loop Is Creating Your Results Here’s the loop they talked about: Beliefs → Thoughts → Feelings → Actions → Results → Reinforces Beliefs So if deep down you believe: “I’m not lovable.” “Money is hard.” “Clients don’t pick me.” Then your thoughts, feelings, actions and results will quietly match that identity. Set myself up for progressive wins. To do this takes good sleep hygiene, exercise and diet. In high school we had motivational signs in our wrestling room locker. My favorite one was 3 slobby brothers standing next to each other with their hands in their pockets. It read: "shoulda, coulda, woulda. The three "been" brothers." Less time talking the talk for me. Choose the model verbs you say in your head wisely. I plan to make my should's am and coulds are. My number one this week is executing for future progressive wins by applying the above tactics.
