Question re: Market Data vs Creativity?
As a coach, how do you balance content that is inspired by market research vs content that is inspired by your own creative ideas — unrelated to market research? Do you post your own creative expressions here and there or are you only solely posting reliant on customer data? If a mix of both, how do you balance the two? Personally, I feel like there's not a lot of creative freedom when posting based on market data but it's tough to know what best resonates with the audience without said data so limitations can exist there as well. Last week, I did some market research and came up with content in solution to problems that felt instructional and insightful to my audience as I did receive some engagement saying such — yet it felt very creatively limiting for me to some degree. This week I created content that was inspired by my own life experience. While I did enjoy the process more and felt satisfied in my efforts, I took the post down about 1 hour after upload because I wasn't immediately getting the same amount of engagement as I did with last week's post. I'm assuming engagement might've seemed low because of the specific day and time I posted this time as opposed as to the day and time that my previous post was uploaded. I plan to re-post on Sunday without deleting. A lot of my content is reflective in nature. However, if you've mastered involving both in your work I'm curious to know how you've managed it? If you have any advice or guidance for me as well, I am receptive. All/any insight is welcomed and greatly appreciated🥲

Building Offers
Good day! Question for anyone. Is there any recommended guidance available for building solid offers? I purchased Alex Hormozi’s $100M Offer book. Has anyone here build an offer using his framework? If so what was your experience and level of difficulty doing so? I’m guessing more information is rewarded once I’m able to level up my participation in the community but in the meantime, are there any books or other resource suggestions? Any insight is welcome and appreciated.

Thanks for the insight @Victoria Bradley. I'll look into Chris Do and Chris Voss content! I think I also struggle with ways to also research the needs of my clients outside of actual sessions. I have an idea of how I can serve my clients but I wouldn't say it's based on solid research. It's mainly based on my ideal client profile. Do you have any recommendations? I'm mainly mentoring Mindset Mastery and Empowerment to individuals who have challenges embracing their sense of self, finding clarity and direction in life and are looking to release limiting beliefs. A lot of this is a little tough for me to market being that I'm mainly able to describe intangible outcomes vs tangible ones. I'd like to find a way to construct my offers around my customers "language" but I guess I just have hard time "tangibly" identifying it. PS: I am scheduled for a call with you today. I may bring this up.

Greetings @Victoria Bradley ! I wanted to take a quick second to introduce myself as well as thank you for developing this community. I see it’s pretty new but I can’t wait to see its growth. For me, I am comfortable more on the coaching side of things but less confident on the business side. However, I have a great willingness to learn. I'm hoping to gain valuable knowledge and insights about building and growing my mentorship program and I look forward to connecting with you and fellow members of the community in the near future. Wishing you a great day! -JF

@Victoria Bradley yes, I’d like to be able to get a solid way to generate leads and book paid sessions. I have no problem giving free value but I want to learn how I can bridge that into paid mentorship.
