How to see what callbacks the AI has scheduled?
I noticed the AI has a feature where it can self-schedule a call back with a user. But, this doesn't seem to be 100% consistent. How can I access the database of all scheduled callbacks? For example: I have a quote follow-up AI assistant. Some users ask the AI to call back on Saturday. The AI then self-schedules to call them on the Saturday. How can I see how the AI is doing this, and what callbacks it has scheduled in the system?

The AI doesn’t actually store or manage callback schedules on its own. When it “promises” a callback, it isn’t creating anything in an internal Assistable database. The only way callbacks get scheduled is if you’ve built an automation in GoHighLevel that detects the request and then creates a task, updates a custom field, or schedules a workflow event. So to see upcoming callbacks, check: - Workflows (any waits or scheduled events) - Tasks - Custom fields (if you’re storing callback dates there)
Chat Widget breaking after requesting number
Anyone else encountering this issue, my chat widget will work perfectly fine. It's setup to book an appointment/asks questions about their business once it asks for a number and I input a number into the widget it breaks The widget will only spit out this response "Sorry, I encountered an error. Please try again." I have to then completely remake the widget but I keep running into this issue Also is there a Discord server? Would be cool to screenshare with other builders to converse and get help more directly! Thank you

At first I thought the error was referring to my wallet. But, no. Money is there. That's not the case. Has anyone else seen this? What is the error referring to? @Assistable Team @Mike Copeland might this be an OAUTH issue? Event Status failed Action Executed From Make AI Call Message "Rate exceeded."

We are experiencing rate limit issues and a lot of our connections with GHL has broken. Our dev team is working on fixing this.
