My grandbaby 😍
Let’s play a quick game
Think about something important you’ve learned in the year. Did it come from: A. A mentor B. A community C. A mistake D. A book or video Comment A, B, C, or D and tell us the lesson. I'll start: C. A mistake. For years I tracked my personal finances carefully, but not my business expenses. Once I started tracking both with the same attention, everything became clearer. Your turn 👇

B. A community - I was in a mastermind with a few people that didn't know me at all, and didn't know my business model. When I presented my question, they gave me some feedback that I had never considered, and it has been priceless market research for what I have created now that serves my clients even better!
Dear Future Sybil,
You did it. One year ago, you were experimenting. Posting when it felt aligned. Three posts some days. One post other days. Watching the comments roll in. Not huge numbers yet, but real humans. Real conversations. Real momentum. You trusted the vibe. You kept showing up inside Skool even when it was mostly you posting. You understood something important: engagement is built, not wished for. You modeled it. You responded. You stayed in the room. And now? Five thousand dollars a month in recurring revenue. Not from pressure. Not from hustle. From consistency. From clarity. From building in public. The community feels alive. Members are posting without being asked. They are sharing wins from their 12 Week Year. They are reporting execution scores. They are inviting friends. The WAM calls are full of energy and ownership. You are no longer wondering if this will work. You are refining what already works. You learned that growth did not come from chasing every platform. It came from deepening the one that aligned. You let YouTube support the classroom instead of trying to make it the destination. You focused on value inside Skool. And Skool rewarded you. Most importantly, it still feels calm. You did not burn out building this. You built it the way you teach. Simple. Intentional. Human. You wanted a $5K month. You built a movement instead. And it is only getting better. Keep going. It is a good day to have a good day.

Very inspiring!! Consistency is key, I just need to keep remembering that!
Every dollar has a job
Not a vague dream. Not a hope. A job. When money lands in your account, it is waiting for direction. If you do not give it one, it will quietly find its own. Usually through convenience. Or emotion. Or habit. But when you pause and decide on purpose, something shifts. This dollar is for groceries. This dollar is for future Sybil. This dollar is for the mountain trip. This dollar is for investing. This dollar is for giving. Now your money is not random. It is aligned. There is something deeply calming about telling your money where to go before it disappears. It turns stress into clarity. It turns guilt into intention. This is not about restriction. It is about leadership. You are the boss of your business. You are the boss of your household. You are the boss of your dollars. Tonight, try this: Before you spend anything, ask yourself, what job is this dollar doing? If it has a job you believe in, spend it confidently. If it does not, give it a better one. It is a good day to have a good day.
