I discovered yoga nidra accidentally- I attended a class not knowing what it even was. I remember feeling stunned that I had paid $18 to lay on my back and do nothing. But that night I slept like a rock and felt a peace I had not in many years. I was hooked. I continued attending classes in person and even did a couple of retreats before Covid; back then, Ayla was instructing at a studio in Calgary and I went to her classes :). When in person classes weren’t an option, I found Ayla on Spotify. I recently checked out her webpage and found this program and reached out to her. I’m very excited to get started.
