It’s my first bow ever, I’m very happy with it, it’s a 31 ATA, 45-60 pounds, I upgraded the sight for a Trophy Ridge Adjust pro 5, and added stabilizers. Nothing fancy, but I’m pumped 😂
just watched it as someone who has been lifting 5 years theres not much to take from it but i believe especially for archers who dont go to the gym its good stuff Altough i believe every archer shoold be in the gym
I noticed how sore my upper back got next day after I first shot only about 12 arrows. I moved my dumbbells and their rack to my office so I can be sure to get some reps in daily. I waited until Rogue Fitness had a big sale and I ordered them, got the rack from Titan Fitness for a decent deal. The weights do not fit perfectly on the rack but it works. Will incorporate the shoulder press and rows you mentioned to strengthen this pretty weak area of my body. Nothing like a really good gym, but I learned from COVID Lockdown to start to invest in building up a home gym I can use.
Would just progressive overload on the important muscle groups twice per week no need to train the muscle every day since it also needs time to recover and the last 5 reps bevor you reach failure are the most stimulative
